All artwork and images are protected by copyright. Purchase grants ownership of the physical object, not reproduction rights.

This website is operated by Gisela Falcone. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to the artist/company. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Artwork & Product Information

Limited edition prints are produced in small, signed and numbered editions. Once an edition sells out, it will not be reprinted.
We make every effort to display colors and details accurately, but variations may occur between digital images and the physical artwork.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in USD or MXN.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.
Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped with trusted carriers and include tracking.
Delivery times vary depending on destination. Estimated timelines are provided but cannot be guaranteed.
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Original artworks: All sales are final.
Prints: Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or defective. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at gisela.falcone@gmail.com with photos to initiate a return.

6. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All artworks, images, and content on this site are protected by copyright.
Purchase of an artwork grants ownership of the physical object but does not transfer reproduction rights.
No images or content may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
Damage resulting from improper handling or framing once the artwork is received.
Indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of this website or purchased works.
